It’s important to evaluate your literacy and math instructional programs three times each school year, in the fall, winter and spring. These regular check-ins help you evaluate your program’s strength and assess leadership and organizational capacity to reach full implementation.
This free rubric will help organize your evaluation using 16 criteria on which to base your assessment. All schools in a district or all English Language Arts and math teachers within a school site should complete the rubric to determine what steps are necessary to successfully implement literacy and math programs that lead to full proficiency by graduation.
