Jennifer (Jenn) Pellegrine is an Education Services consultant with CORE. She is passionate about creating a more equitable world. She values the dignity of each and every person and believes in everyone’s right to access resources to pursue their dreams. Jenn sees school transformation as a powerful part of creating equitable and inclusive communities. This passion led her to pursue a career in education for the past eighteen years.

Jenn has served as a teacher of mathematics, principal, executive director, coach, and supports schools and non-profit organizations as an independent consultant. Jenn’s current work includes supporting aspiring and current educators and school leaders and their communities in creating educational environments that foster inclusion, justice, and joy for all. Jenn gives back to her community as a board trustee and a court appointed special advocate for foster youth.

Jenn believes that leadership is a two-way learning process, where everyone learns from each other. Her mission is to advance excellence and equity for all people by building authentic relationships, trust, leadership, and partnerships that foster innovation and sustainable practices in education. She has expertise in designing leadership structures, designing systems to promote standards-based instruction, instructional coaching and evaluation, leadership coaching, building a culture of learning, designing professional learning structures, implementing restorative practices, building diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice, and more.
