Jeanne Schopf

Educational Consultant — Literacy, K–8

Jeanne Schopf is an Educational Services Consultant with CORE. Jeanne has been a public-school educator for 33 years having taught third, fifth, sixth and seventh grades with a focus in literacy. Not only has she been a classroom teacher, but she has also served as a district Reading Specialist, reading interventionist, and literacy coach. Jeanne earned a Masters of Reading degree from UW-Oshkosh-Wisconsin, a National Board Certification in Early Adolescence English, and a CERI Structured Literacy Dyslexia Interventionist certification. She is also employed with a private college in Wisconsin as a Dyslexia Practicum Supervisor.

Jeanne is LETRS trained and currently serves on board of the Wisconsin Reading League. As aa mom of a child with dyslexia, Jeanne is passionate about leading, teaching, and inspiring educators to align their reading instruction to the science of reading in order to change the lives of their students.
