Frequently Asked Questions

Enrollment in OL&LA is confirmed once CORE Learning receives a purchase order or payment. An OL&LA Implementation team member will contact the designated account contact via email within 7 business days to confirm the shipping address for course materials and to share the course rostering process and timeline.

Course materials for participants are shipped approximately two weeks prior to the course start date. Please order additional books in our bookstore.

3 one-hour virtual Live Sessions are held after Modules 3, 6, and 9 in CORE-facilitated OL&LA district/school cohorts.  If you did not schedule Live Session dates with your sales consultant, an OL&LA Implementation team member will assist you once registration is confirmed.

Each participant will receive a Welcome email with login credentials approximately 3-7 business days before the first day of the course.  Participants have access to the OL&LA platform for one year from the first day of the course.
