The Online Language & Literacy Academy Cohort Leader (OCL) Certification is an eight-week program that prepares literacy leaders to effectively lead OL&LA implementations. Participants gain the skills to guide teams, coach educators in applying Structured Literacy, and ensure consistent, sustainable literacy practices that improve student outcomes across their schools and districts.
Duration: 8 weeks, ~70 total hours

Live Sessions: 8 virtual sessions, 90 minutes each, led by CORE facilitators
Self-Guided Work: Independent planning, reflection, and application
