Lori-Ann Lowe is an Educational Consultant for CORE Learning. She has over 12 years of experience as a certified special education teacher and education administrator with New York City Public Schools. She has extensive experience coaching educators and school leaders in data-based decision-making and utilizing assessment tools such as i-Ready, Acadience, and MAP Growth to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.

Lori-Ann specializes in supporting educators with analyzing assessment data to identify student needs, designing targeted interventions, and monitoring progress effectively. She has led systems change initiatives, establishing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to improve learning and ensure all students, including those with disabilities, have access to high-quality instruction. Lori-Ann has coached educators to implement evidence-based literacy programs, such as Phonics for Reading and REWARDS, and data-driven instructional strategies to support students with reading challenges. Through her coaching, Lori-Ann empowers educators to deliver high-quality, data-informed instruction that meets the needs of all learners.
