Dr. Rhonda Oltjenbruns, Ph.D. is an Educational Consultant for CORE Learning.  She is an experienced educational leader with over 30 years in K-12 education, specializing in literacy, early childhood education, and the Science of Reading. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and an Education Specialist degree in Early Childhood Education. Dr. Oltjenbruns has extensive experience in curriculum design, staff development, and instructional coaching, with a strong focus on supporting students with learning differences.

Throughout her career, Dr. Oltjenbruns has led professional development initiatives, provided classroom coaching and lesson modeling, and worked closely with school leaders to improve instructional practices. She has developed and implemented comprehensive programs designed to address literacy challenges, including early intervention and dyslexia support, and has played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of hybrid learning models.

Dr. Oltjenbruns has worked with a wide range of educators, providing coaching on best practices and the integration of data-driven instruction. Her experience also includes working closely with teachers to support the effective use of assessments and to drive improvements in student achievement.
