Implementation Manager

Kimberly Northcutt is an Implementation Manager at CORE Learning, where she partners with school districts to implement evidence-based literacy solutions that strengthen educator practice and improve student outcomes. She works alongside district and school leaders to develop implementation strategies, facilitate professional learning, and build lasting partnerships that support sustainable instructional improvement.

With more than 20 years of experience in K–12 education, Kimberly brings a diverse background spanning the classroom, campus, district, and educational consulting. Throughout her career, she has served as a bilingual teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and   educational consultant, giving her a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges educators face. Her expertise includes literacy implementation, instructional leadership, multilingual education, professional learning, and organizational change, enabling her to help schools translate vision into measurable results.

Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is passionate about empowering educators and ensuring every student has access to high-quality literacy instruction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children at dance competitions, and staying active through fitness.
