Laurén Flower (pronounced La Ren) is a Customer Success Specialist at CORE Learning. She supports the Operations team with the first digital product OL&LA – Online Language and Literacy Academy. Laurén is responsible for client onboarding, digital scheduling, logistical support, materials fulfillment, and on-going communication. Before joining CORE Learning, Laurén supported an Arts nonprofit organization as the Executive Director, where she brought artists and musicians from all over the world to perform in a rural community with an academic outreach focus. Prior to nonprofit work, she has over 10 years of experience in brick and mortar and online education. From a K-5 online classroom teacher to the first math specialist at Connections Academy and over 5 years as a 4th/5th grade teacher in Slat Lake City, Utah, Laurén has worn many hats as an educator. Laurén holds a Master’s in Elementary Education. Outside of work, she enjoys the arts, yoga, travel, and spending time with her family.
