Jignasha Pandya is an adept business develop strategist with expansive experience in K-12 education sector. She is thrilled to bring her unique combination of program and client management expertise to her current role as Director of Business Development and is passionate about cultivating new client relationships to support education systems in ensuring high-quality, equitable instruction for all students.

Most recently, Jignasha served as a client manager with Pivot Learning, offering strategic partnership and consulting to districts for designing and implementing complex projects, resulting in better student outcomes.

Jignasha is well-versed in taking conceptual ideas and creating prototypes, implementing pilots, and bringing them to reality. She has worked at the intersection of design, education, social justice, and cultural competency, leveraging design thinking to help design and launch new education programs with organizations such as the Reset Foundation, Thrival World Academies, and Design School X (DSX), to name a few.

Jignasha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Macalester College and her Master of Education in Education Policy and Leadership from American University.
