Cynthia Peng is the Product Operations Lead for the Product & Learning Division. In this role, she partners with cross-functional teams to align strategy, delivery, and quality across the product lifecycle. With over a decade in educational technology, Cynthia knows great products come from great collaboration. Her approach centers on building trust, creating clarity, and empowering teams.

Previously, she led content production at Lexia Learning, overseeing feature development for its portfolio of student products. At ACT Next, she co-created ACT Academy and curated standards-aligned resources via machine learning. She was also the lead curriculum developer for CKLA/Amplify’s Language Studio.

Cynthia holds degrees in Communications and Business Administration from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Linguistics from San Jose State University. Outside of work, she is training for her next 5K or trying out a new recipe.
