Impact

After three years of partnering with CORE and implementing instructional strategies grounded in the science of reading, Washington Elementary School improved its reading scores from 32% of students “Well Below Benchmark” on DIBELS and 20% “Below Benchmark,” to only 8% “Well Below Benchmark” and 8% “Below Benchmark.” The number of students now meeting “Benchmark” is an impressive 84%.
