CORE Return Policy

Approval is required before returning books or DVDs. Please do not return any books or DVDs until you have received a Return Authorization number (RA #) from CORE. Return requests may be requested via phone: (888) 249-6155 x102 or or faxed to 888-460-4520; or emailed to .

Before returning products, please keep the following in mind:

  1. BOOKS OR DVDS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CORE INC. Please make a claim with UPS.
  2. Returned books and DVDs must be in new and saleable condition. There may be no stamps, marks, stickers, etc., in/on the product.
  3. There is a 20% restocking fee for each returned book or DVD.
  4. Books or DVDs returned to CORE without an RA # will not be accepted for return credit and will be returned to the customer upon request, at the customer's expense.
  5. The customer is responsible for return postage/shipping. Returns must be shipped via UPS or USPS. We suggest using UPS to ship your package. Call 1-800-PICKUPS(742-5877) to find a UPS location near you.

If the above requirements are met, the book(s) or DVD(s) may be shipped back to us for credit.
