Whole District Literacy
Assessment, Research, and Evaluation Services
CORE’s outstanding research and evaluation staff is available to support data collection and analysis, and assist the district’s own research and evaluation staff in program evaluation and monitoring. CORE also arranges Literacy Audits. Services include the design of evaluation and data-collection instruments, administration of surveys and data collection, audits, needs assessments, the entry and analysis of the data, and written summaries of the findings.
Participant Outcomes:
- Get a year-end report showing attitudinal and statistical impact of CORE services.
- Monitor progress toward state or district goals throughout the year.
Levels: K–12
Audience: CORE’s Research and Evaluation staff work closely with the district’s own research and evaluation team or other designated staff
Format: Combination of on-site, e-mail, and telephone contact; number of days determined by nature of the study
