State Department of Education and Agency Literacy Services
CORE provides technical assistance and guidance to Departments of Education and state and federal agencies as they plan and implement services for Reading First, services to close the achievement gap, and services for leadership and coaching development. CORE has partnered with state departments in Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Maryland, Montana, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming, and with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to customize literacy technical support.
